I shopped for a while before finding this bag. Being left-handed, I ordered both shoulders knowing that I would return one. It's first test was a recent 3-week trip to Egypt in which it excelled on the day-to-day (especially in Cairo) when I did not need a larger daypack for our excursions.
While it is very true that when carrying a water bottle, you are very limited on capacity; I never used it for a tablet, but it would still get tight with a water bottle and a sunglass case in addition to your basic small essentials. The biggest bonus what that it unexpectedly would securely fit and carry a 1.5L bottle of water if you use the cordage correctly around the neck of the bottle. Additionally, the luggage handle pass-through makes it the perfect personal item in addition to a carryon-sized suitcase.

This is the only EDC I use now. Good amount and types of storage. Would love to have the HUB system implemented on this one, but it's fine without. My only real gripe is i wish the bottle holding was a bit more secure. I've had a couple bottles slip out but I've figured out a way to make it work. Still a great EDC so I am not knocking stars for that.

I’ve bought a lot of sling/crossbody bags! Some not so cheap and other Alpaka bags, but this one fits my everyday needs! I’m diabetic so carry a small edc diabetic bag inside this bag alone with things to raise blood sugar, an asthma inhaler, 11 inch iPad, a compression bag with wind breaker and extra clothes at time. Less pockets give me the option to change out small edc bags quicker and with ease with what is going on for the day I’m going to have! Like I said over the years I have had many backpack and sling bags but this bag is comfortable to wear and lighter than bags in the past, so comfortable that I can move it with ease to yield front if a passenger on bus or car and not feel like I have to remove it. All pockets are easy access while wearing. The front pocket aloud me to carry my iPhone 16 pro max face up and with mesh front see notifications with out removing phone. Great day bag, now I just have to sell about 10 bags I no longer need!👍🏽
