Your points expire after 1 year of inactivity (no points earned and no redemptions made).
Yes, coupons redeemed using loyalty points expire within 30 days. If you redeem a coupon and it expires, we will not add the points back to your account and the points will be lost.
If you are promoted to a higher VIP status, you will retain that status for at least 12 months. To retain that status after 12 months, you must meet spend requirements, otherwise you will be demoted to a lower status.
All transactions happen in US$ in the ALPAKA system, so your rewards points are the equivalent of the US$ amount in your local currency.
You can only use one reward at a time. Rewards can be used in conjunction with products that are already discounted (eg. bundles or Outlet items) but not with other discount codes.
Yes, you can return your order, but discounts are not automatically returned. Please work with our customer service team for any concerns regarding this.
No, you can only redeem one reward voucher at a time.
We don’t retroactively award points for past purchases. BUT, existing ALPAKA loyalty rewards will be converted to the new system with equivalent dollar value.
