Disappointed
It is smaller inside than it looks. It is quite heavy for the stuff you can fit in. I liked the design but as backpack very uncomfortable because straps are too wide for me. Also if i dontmout the straps inside the pocket, i cant carry it as a bag, because straps are on the floor. Also backpack straps have these upper straps on top which are kind fumbling, because they are too long, but i guess thats just design. Extra pocket on the laptop - unnecessary.
On good side: key strap - good, pockets overall- good. Bottle pockets - good.
If possible i would make it shorter (and clearly state the colume, which might be like 10l). Backpack straps attachment is uncomfortable - means that i have to re-attach them every time. I wonder if it is possible to have straps ending NOT on the bottom of the backpack.
