Having read the reviews, I think a lot of people have misunderstood the Flight Pouch. It's like an oversized travel wallet, that will also hold your phone, but with lots of verstatile ways to carry it...without straps, "sling" like, or with a secure wristlet strap.
When travelling alone, I don't like to leave my valuables in my aircraft seat when visiting the bathroom, so this is the perfect size to take with you. It's not bulky and you could wear/hide it under a jacket. ...and always have your important documents, credit cards, money and phone next to you.
You can easily fit an Alpaka Zip Pouch inside to help organise small bits and pieces or money.
So, for phone, passport, important docs, money and credit cards...it's perfect.
Plus, I love the look of it...very simple and stylish. Great value, considering you get a detachable long strap and the wristlet strap.

I love the flight pouch. I use it as my wallet. I carry a vertex desk caddy/sling as my edc for work. The flight pouch sits in the tablet sleeve as my wallet. When I travel or on weekends when I change my bag I pull it out and all my essentials are ready to go. A lot the venues I goto have no bag policies in place. I have never had an issue. I pocket the pouch and then use the strap once I'm inside. The compact size allows me to maximize it's usage. Mostly it's a wallet that holds my cash, cards and card multi-tool others its my compact sling. Its size allows it to sit perfectly under any jacket and it dresses up or down perfectly. I'll probably get another color.

I received the flight pouch but was disappointed. You can fit a phone and passport but that is all. I tried to add ear pods (as shown) but no way would it zip up. It is made of very sturdy material that does not allow for any expansion.
If you want to keep a phone, passport, boarding pas,s earpods in this there is no way. An expensive passport holder. Look elsewhere for something larger.
Somewhat disappointed that the advertising is misleading.
