Buyer Beware. Item arrived damaged. It was poorly packaged in 1 thin plastic bag w/ Chinese lettering on it inside a flat poly mailer. No cushion or paper wrapping to protect this $95 bag. It had traveled via LAX by air clearly squished & thrown around. Unacceptable at $95. I Initiated a return upon delivery & found that instead of a "full refund" and "free shipping" promised by the company they would deduct a "handling fee" of $9.08 from my refund for their mistake. The item was so dented and wrinkled due to the flimsy material it looked like a beat up lunch box. It is not durable. The strap was also loose without a strap sleeve & the inner packaging previously opened & wrinkled as well. Reached out to Alpaka on 11/19/2023 via "contact us" to ensure the $9.08 would not be deducted & never received a response. False advertising & bait & switch policies. Very disappointing & not the quality or customer service advertised.
