Awaresome version up and customer service.
I had troubled in Bravo Tote V1 after two year's usage. The customer service gave me a wonderful option, I got new version V2. Zipper, Shoulder strap and material of the bag are updated. Many pockets and loops are very supportive for daily commutation.
My family is using three totes, two shoulder bags. The excellent quality and awaresome customer service.
