Metro Backpack (12L)

The bag itself is durable and very well constructed so far, though my bags don't take a ton of abuse it does get tossed into my car and onto my office floor daily. It doesn't dirty easily and when it does things wipe away without trouble. The orange inside of the gray bag for high vis looks great and the whole bag feels premium. I thought I needed a bigger bag than this but it holds shockingly more than I'd assumed. I currently have it loaded up with the following every day:

* 65% foldable keyboard

* iPad 10th gen inside silicone case

* Lochby A5 canvas journal

* Bluetooth Mouse

* Digital Voice Recorder

* Round altoids tin

* Retro 51 Tornado pen

My only complaint is that while zipping up the main zipper compartment sometimes it can catch on the lip of the fabric "hood" that rounds the zipper. There's no option for half a star otherwise I'd give it a 4.5 but the zipper thing feels like a nitpick anyway.

I’m using this as an EDC for work when I’m not headed for gym, where I’ll be using my Elements Travel backpack.

I quite like the fact that the backpack is quite ergonomically designed - a 4.3kg load from my work EDCs feels almost weightless on my shoulders. Fits my 14 inch work laptop like a glove.

This is compared to my travel backpack loadout for gym which is roughly 7.5kg with the works, but it felt like my shoulders are giving way with that load.

It has the capacity to carry everything I need for a workday (tablet, small water bottle, notebook, tech kit) without feeling like I'm lugging a massive hiking pack. The quick-access pockets are brilliantly placed, and the internal organisation is smart and functional. This has immediately become my favourite daily carry.
