Returns

If you purchased a product from our website (www.alpakagear.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it for a full refund* (see bottom section for more info).

You may return your purchase within 45 days of fulfillment for a full refund.*

USA RETURNS

Please go to https://returns.alpakagear.com for instructions on how to return your product. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge and a return form are subject to refusal and will be sent back/or not approved.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please go to https://alpakagear.myreturnscenter.com for instructions on how to return your product. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge and a return form are subject to refusal and will be sent back.

The return center is in Melbourne, Australia.

RETURN POLICY

• All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused and received in its brand new, original condition. All hangtags must be attached and each item must be shipped in its original packaging.

• We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

• Shipping costs and customs/import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

• Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product(s) to us

• We have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

• When returning MULTIPLE ORDERS, each order needs to be sent separately as per return instructions.

• Products purchased through ALPAKA's Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns are non-refundable.

• Items marked as 'Final Sale', items in the Outlet section and replacement items are non-refundable and non-returnable other than for issues such as defects in materials and workmanship).

• Returns not initiated through https://returns.alpakagear.com or https://alpakagear.myreturnscenter.com  and sent without our knowledge will not be accepted.

• Once returns are initiated, they must be sent back to us within 30 days.

*Original Shipping Costs are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.

**Please note that it can take up to 10 days to process your return once we receive the items back. Most returns are processed within 5 days.
