For BUNDLE returns please go to https://alpakagear.myreturnscenter.com for instructions on how to return the products in your bundle. Bundle returns are processed manually.
All orders in the continental U.S. (except bundles) can be returned FREE of charge when returned to a Happy Returns Hub and when that order/item is returned within the ALPAKA Return policy (read below). When items are returned via post, there is a $9 shipping and restocking fee.

The return center is in Melbourne, Australia.
• All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused and received in its brand new, original condition. All hangtags must be attached and each item must be shipped in its original packaging.
• We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
• Shipping costs and customs/import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back product(s) to us.** (Free option in the continental US)
• We have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
• Products purchased through ALPAKA's Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns are non-refundable.
• Items marked as 'Final Sale' and items in the Outlet section are non-refundable and non-returnable other than for issues such as defects in materials and workmanship).
*Original Shipping Costs are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect. FREE Returns available in the continental US only.
