    You get what you pay for

    I did a ridiculous amount of research to find a new backpack. I needed something small enough to wear everyday going to school and work and riding around town on my bike but also something big enough for a 16 inch macbook and a bottle of water and all of the random daily things. And it needed to be waterproof. And it needed to have a small pocket on the back that I could easily get to while on my bike or walking around town. And it had to look good.

    I finally found this bag and hesitated for a while because of the price but finally went for it. This is the greatest backpack I've ever owned. I can't explain why but even with the same exact stuff in it as my other bag it feels 50% lighter. It must be the way the straps are built and the width or something. My wife said the same thing.

    I needed something waterproof in case I get caught in a downpour while on my bike so that was a must in choosing a bag. I haven't had a chance to test it yet but the zippers on this thing look waterproof as hell so I'm not worried.

    I keep my 16in macbook in a small padded case for extra protection and it fits inside the bag perfectly. I'm so happy I got this bag. It is small and compact but holds everything I need on a daily basis.

    I was also a little hesitant about getting the green because it looks a bit weird with the black zippers on the site but in person it's fantastic. Glad I went with that color.

    I chose the 600 fabric because I figured it would be tougher and it seems really…

    Elements Backpack Pro

    This is my second luxury backpack. At first it felt discomfort on my shoulder but after some adjustments on the straps it felt so much comfortable and I am relieved and very happy. This gear is very nice. Material is premium and 100% water proof. All of my daily accessories are very organize even my lunchbox. It is minimalist and can stand by it's own. I love it! Cheers!

    Top shelf backpack

    I have a few Alpaka items, but this is my first backpack from them. It really is top shelf. Looks very professional, lots of space, love the front organisation pocket. Main pocket is a bit deceptive, can hold quite a bit of gear. Laptop pouch is nicely built. Fully waterproof zippers on the outside and the straps are very comfy. Highly recommended. Great EDC for work or small travel bag.

    Hey Alpaka, for the next version please include a quick access side pocket and key chain leash in the organisation pocket. Also if you could make the luggage passthru so the bag remains vertical, that would be brilliant. Minor quibbles, but these would make this pretty much perfect.
