I do not recommend buying this for the Flow Satchel. The strap is comfortable but is way too long to use with the 4L Flow Satchel for me - even at its shortest, the bag sits way too low and not against my body as the Flow Satchel is supposed to be worn. It should have been around the same length as the strap provided with the Flow Satchel, which was perfect. Can't really return it either because I used a voucher and the cost of return shipping would be more than the money I get back.

upgrade to the padded strap for extra comfort on the 4l flow bag was worth it especially when added the weight of a full insulated water bottle to the bag.
