I do not recommend buying this for the Flow Satchel. The strap is comfortable but is way too long to use with the 4L Flow Satchel for me - even at its shortest, the bag sits way too low and not against my body as the Flow Satchel is supposed to be worn. It should have been around the same length as the strap provided with the Flow Satchel, which was perfect. Can't really return it either because I used a voucher and the cost of return shipping would be more than the money I get back.

I don't know why my previous review didn't show up, but I bought this to go with my Flow Satchel and I absolutely love that bag but this strap is pretty much unusable with the bag if you're slightly short. It hangs below my hips at the shortest length, which is not how the bag is intended to be worn. The reason is that the shortest length (100cm) is still significantly longer than the shortest length on the default strap (80cm). Alpaka should seriously look into making a design change and offering it at a discount (or replacement even) for those who bought this.
