Ordered by mistake . Contacted customer service to cancel and received a favorable response. Ordered correct strap and they sent both. Returned incorrect strap at an extreme cost.

Bought this to use with my flow satchel (4L). It’s useful for when I have more in there or am carrying heavier things. The padding is good and more comfortable than the standard strap. However, it’s a little longer than I would like and I’d have preferred if it could be shortened a bit more (I’m 5’6 / 167cm). I do use it though and it’s definitely useful to have.
