Job Description:

Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking for an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing company? ALPAKA is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Paid Search & Pmax), TikTok, and Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Meta Ads Management: Create, optimize, and manage Meta ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Google Ads Management: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns, including paid search and Pmax, to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• TikTok & Pinterest Marketing: Explore and manage new advertising opportunities across TikTok and Pinterest
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are on track and within budget.
• Creative Content: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Paid Search & Pmax).
• Experience with TikTok and Pinterest advertising is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
