I love the quality and materials it's made from. The handles are really comfortable when you sling the tote over your shoulder. The outer handle tends to fall off. I think that because they are so soft to the touch they lose a little grip when they are hanging up. Something very important is knowing how to get the right size. If you're a larger person like me, go straight for the largest size. The M size it's a little small for me (1,95 mts /6'4 tall), but I'm completely in love with my tote and I'll definitely buy another item from this brand.

This tote has real comfortable handles.
The inner compartments are good, one for water bottle, one for laptop and two for other stuff.
However, the laptop compartment goes all the way down to the bottom of the bag. The problem is your precious laptop will be hitting the floor everytime you set the tote down. A false bottom laptop compartmemt would have been better (ie the bottom of this laptop compartment ends about an inch from the bottom). Also, I think there should be more colour options. Just black and green is sad.

Love this bag. Really well built with solid, premium-feeling materials. Plenty of pockets and storage throughout. The zipper designs are also flawless. My only suggestion would be for there to be a small zippered pocket in the front (in addition to the non-zippered one there already) for quick access to things that you want to secure inside a zipper.
