Quality is better than I expected. The material feels stiffer and not as thin, which is a good thing. Organization pockets inside and outside are practical. Useful front pocket with magnets to keep my phone(Z fold 6). Shoulder straps are abit too stiff and they do dig into my shoulders, hopefully will soften with some wear. Barely fits A4 sized documents, especially if you use the pop up side pockets for water bottle.
