Can not express how perfect the Zip Clutch is for Cycling. Just the right size, great flexible softness. Has allowed me to drop my under seat bag. Heard about it from YouTuber Melvin Tan. Highest recommendation.
My Zip Clutch measured a little smaller than the dimensions listed. 10x18cm opposed to 11x18.5cm, which was just enough difference to not fit my Bellroy notebook cover. (10x15cm)
I was bummed it didn't fit my main notebook.
Other than that, it's still incredibly well built at the Alpaka standard. Sleek and sturdy. Handle is underrated, I can hook this on my chair handle at the studio and use it to store phone / key card / pen / field notes, This keeps things off my desk conveniently.
Side note for potential future buyers; the top zipper opening measures at 14.4cm. So it doesn't fit some notebooks like a leuchtturm in the zipper compartments.
I wanted to use one item to store my cards, cash and maybe a pen and found my way to this clutch. The bonus was being able to put my knife in it, as I don't always wear one in my pocket. My only wish was that is was a bit wider as I used the internal elastic pockets to house my cards (using two Ridge wallets) and I can barely get the main zipper closed when I have them placed inside. Even slimming down the wallet to just 3 cards has no improvement since it's the length of the wallet and not the thickness that is the problem. I took the cards out of the wallet and then the zipper was easier to close, but I can't function with just loose cards in there since I often take the wallet out and want all the cards in one place when I do. So that's why I only gave it 4 stars for my particular use - time will tell on durability too.
