High quality and good value. There was a small shipping, due to shipper, and customer service was helpful and prompt. Dedication to customer service is usually a great indication that a company stands behind their product.

I wish the zippers were a little longer, by about 0.25". The pocket sizes seem to be measured exactly to the length of a credit card, but for anything bigger it's a tight fit. For example, I have a Medicare card in a plastic sleeve and it's a bit tight to take out.
If I bend an A7 notebook, it will just barely fit the main compartment. The dimensions of this notebook are 4.0" x 2.8".
