Never arrived after shipping delays, no refund or replacement offered.
TL;DR They will take your money, blame customs, and then you for the item not arriving. Not worth it.
I looked around for a while to decide on a crossbody sling, and eventually decided on this one over an option I liked from ASRV. After ordering, I got an apology email saying it was stuck in customs, sorry here is a 20 dollar gift certificate. Whatever, it happens, I'll just wait. I checked for updates for a while after that, and eventually moved on, figuring it would arrive eventually. The next email I noticed was a marketing email, which was annoying, and I sent off a request for information or a refund. I searched my mail, only to discover the item had been "delivered". The status check for the third party package service they used provided no additional details, and I have package lockers where I live, so what gives? I requested a refund or at least for them to send the thing I ordered. All I got was an unequivocal "no". Because their policy requires you to dispute within their window, I am out of luck.
I am not an unreasonable person. If the item had shipped on the timeline they originally listed, and I had been expecting the delivery in that timeframe and then not said anything in the 5 day window, that is on me. The only reason I missed the window was because they didn't give a timeline until long after the item was held up in customs.
