Their system here is great, it allows additional items to be placed in the backpack without taking up space on the pockets. The 4 stars is bc honestly, and I told customer care, they should have a QR code on the package to show how to remove the ring to add items to it. There are no instructions. I had to go on a YouTube dive to figure out how to remove the ring to add the zip pouch.
