Padded Shoulder Strap

I purchased the Padded Removable Strap to use with my Flow Satchel 4L. I mainly use the Satchel for hiking, carrying my GoPro, selfie stick, and other gear. Since the original strap was too thin and caused shoulder pain when the bag was heavy, I was excited to upgrade.

However, the strap is far too long. Even at its shortest setting, it is still way too long for my height (I am 5'5").

Furthermore, because the strap is so long, the padded section doesn't sit on my shoulder where it's supposed to, which defeats the entire purpose of the product.

I absolutely love the quality of the Satchel itself, which makes this even more frustrating. This strap definitely needs a redesign for shorter users. I would appreciate a response from the team regarding this issue.

It's a must-have when buying the 4 ltr. satchel especially when fully loaded. The padding is nice but could be nicer with a zipper pocket. The main issue I have with the strap is that it's way too large. I couldn't have a comfortable setup for my size. After much irritation I took a pair of scissors and shortened it myself and sewed it back together. So or make it standard so I don't have to pay extra or make it a realistic length.
