It’s supposed to be free. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a strap exactly like any other. The only difference with Peak Design and other brands is that you have to pay extra for it. It was supposed to be included with my Tote.

Ordered this shoulder strap together with my metro tote. Both came in same shipment. The strap matches the tote and makes carrying easy on the shoulder too.

Ordered this as an add-on for my Metro Tote bag. Came delivered together with my Metro Tote.
The strap is very comfortable on the shoulder and fit the bag too.
The strap will not get twisted as the both ends are on rotating joints which is a beautiful touch by ALPAKA.
