Bravo Totepack

Got this backpack in September 2024 but only used it a handful of times until this year. Started using it regularly as a work backpack this January as it was the perfect size for my needs and one of the loops used to attach the backpack straps has already broken.

I've had this backpack for 3 months now. I bought it knowing that the space would be limited with a narrower compartment. For it's size, the bag feels very heavy. On the upside, it does seem very durable. I wish the zipper on the smaller front pocket went all the way down in the sides because its very difficult to grab anything out of the bag unless you take it off completely. A side zipper would have been nice just to slide it off one shoulder to get my keys or a pen from the front pocket.

The most irritating thing for me, although objectively minor, is the hidden pocket on the top. It's a neat idea and it would be very useful, in theory. I don't know if I just got a defective one, but the magnet is so weak it pops open when I wear it on my back. The shoulder straps are positioned so that it pulls the pocket open of there's any weight in the bag. So instead of being a discreet hidden pocket, its just a gaping hole when I'm wearing the backpack.

Aside from that, the bag seems decent. I'll probably use it for a year or so while I search for another bag
