The sling works beautifully for carrying my 14" MacBook pro, Samsung Tab FE+, and other daily tech. It also has room for a packable windshirt, EDC bits and a power bank. With hub accessories both internal and clipped to the strap, it works perfectly for car or mass transit commutes. Would have it shipped with the extra long strap by default.
I purchased your Bravo Sling Max V2 mid 2023. I really like the bag it has held up well but appears to be major flaw with the shoulder strap. The strap twists out of place more than any other bag I have used. Literally EVERY time I go to pick up the bag I have unfurl two to three twists in the strap. If I don't untwist the next time I use it will have 5-6 twists. My other well known bike messenger brand bag uses a simple 360 vertical swivel at the connection points and it NEVER gets twisted as it automatically unfurls with tension of picking up the bag by the shoulder strap. You have a quality product but I'm cursing at it all day long. Can you please make an accessory to address this issue.
Started a new job wich requires an EDC carrier because of long distance. This is just a great and must “tool” for my everyday job.
Overall construction quality, materials, and design is excellent.
However, there are opportunities for improvement in a next version, IMHO:
• There should be at least a velcro strap to secure the laptop/tablet in the padded pocket, if not a full velcro flap.
• The zipper for the "secret" pocket on the back should extend the full width of the bag, and the inside of that pocket should extend upward behind the carrying handle to allow stowing larger flat items like many sizes of magazine, if not quite envelopes or folders for 8.5 x 11" documents.
• Presently, the provided charging cable allows a laptop or tablet in the bag to be charged from an external power source without opening the bag. But if the provided cable was routable between major compartments inside the bag with "portholes," a battery could be stored in any of the interior compartments and be able to power any device in the bag and/or outside the bag using the exterior charging port. This might require a slightly longer cable be provided, but these portholes would enable more flexible utility of the charging port feature to be realized. The battery I own is too large to fit in any of the pockets available to the cable, so the feature is much less usable.
• The pockets in the padded middle zippered compartment (one wide enough for my battery, and three narrow ones) don't take full advantage of the width available to them, so they can't accommodate, for example, a 2 meter USB-C cable in one pocket. This…
