This bag is amazing. I love it.
It's so much easier to use than the bag I was using before. It's also easier to put my subway card in and out. The separate pocket for my water bottle is convenient. I also like the secret pocket inside.

I hated it at first. It’s a CROSS BODY, not a shoulder bag. It’s awkward off the shoulder alone; it just hangs with a gravity towards pulling itself off. If you’re interested in wearing just on one shoulder- forget it. BUT if you’re looking for a Cross Body, this works very nicely. The water bottle pocket is at an angle and you can’t snug it up with the zipper, but there is an elastic band that you can use to secure your bottle. Also another small internal small item zippered area would be nice. The bag is a little on the heavier side and when loaded is not an issue for me but if weight is a concern you might look elsewhere.
I would recommend getting the left and the right and then returning the one that feels weird. Also another small internal iPad mini JUST fits in the hidden pocket. I actually filed a return request after I got it, but after giving it a second chance…I like it. That said, I’m still searching for a better bag…
