This is my 3rd Alpaka purchase, (Elements Backpack Pro in X-Pac and Elements Travel Backpack in X-Pac - both get an enthusiastic 5 stars!), however the Traverse Backpack is having issues holding its form. I love the size, materials and build quality but even when fully packed out, the bottom has an odd crease that does not go away. I even tried to pad it out with a hat/gloves and umbrella but it is persistent. It is not a deal breaker but a disappointment considering my experience with the prior 2 bags. In addition the side handle does not lay flat and can catch on doors and random items while commuting. The top handle, while very functional, could be slightly larger as too could be the top pocket. It struggles to contain a badge, key fob and earbuds. I still love Alpaka products but might have to consider going back to the other bags in my collection.

I have only had it a few days. The quality is amazing! I carry alot of stuff and it is super comfortable to wear fully loaded. My only complaint is that it says it's 30L, however, I couldn't fit all my stuff from my previous backpack which was 28L.
