Reliable
Multi-function zipper pulls that are actually useable as zipper pulls. I love the form factor, how easy they are to remove yet secure that they won't just fall out. I will definitely use these on any future bags.

The blade is cool, didn’t receive the pen
I ordered the pen and blade set, received 2 blades and was promised to be sent the pen when in stock, the blade is convenient, it beats having to open my bag and rummage through my bag to find my folding knife to open boxes or slice a little something. Still waiting for the pen
